No One is Born to Hate

Tell me, Nelson, what is the biggest issue today?

If and when I get to heaven…that is question I would ask.

No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.

Nelson Mandela

Singing Dixie

Speaking before the American Bar Association, Hillary declared, “Anyone who says that racial discrimination is no longer a problem in American elections must not be paying attention.”

when Helms encountered Carol Mosley Braun, the first African-American woman to serve in the Senate, in the elevator, he told a colleague: “Watch me make her cry. I’m going to make her cry. I’m going to sing ‘Dixie’ until she cries.” Then, emphasizing the lines about how “good” things were before the Civil War ended slavery, Helms sang “Dixie.” Helms also turned his back on Nelson Mandela when he visited Congress in 1994. Such are the charms of this world-renowned “Southern gentleman.”

Don Young, U.S. Rep., Alaska:

My father had a ranch; we used to have 50-60 wetbacks to pick tomatoes,” Young said. “It takes two people to pick the same tomatoes now. It’s all done by machine.”

Some urban legends have it via unreliable sources and/or yellow journalism…that Michelle Obama had been video tapped using the ‘W’ word.

I believe the ‘unconfirmed source’ stated the President’s lovely arm candy could be heard for miles singing this song:

Hey, I’m a dirty white boy
Dirty white boy, yeah, I’m a dirty white boy
Dirty white boy, dirty white boy, yeah

Moreover it is said, the lip syncing had been a tribute to Bill Clinton…while both he and the first ‘black’ lady were wanting for a ‘whitey’ to pick them up in the official White House Limousine.
